Four reasons it works where cotton buds fail

Relieves itch due to earwax

Cotton buds create the itch cycle. Earwax Spray gently addresses the underlying earwax cause, no poking required.

Maintains canal hygiene

Regular use prevents earwax from accumulating into problematic build-up, before it ever becomes a plug.

Designed for device users

AirPods, hearing aids, earphones: daily in-ear device use accelerates wax build-up. This is the routine that keeps up.

Replaces the cotton bud reflex

A few sprays give the routine ear comfort people reach for cotton buds for, without the risk of pushing wax deeper.

The itch-poke cycle

Stop poking.
Start clearing.

Ear itch triggers a reflex to poke or scratch. Cotton buds feel like they work: some wax comes out on the bud, and the itch eases briefly. But they push the bulk of the wax deeper, irritate the canal wall, and set the stage for the itch to return.

ClearliQ Earwax Spray addresses the underlying cause: the earwax that is causing the itch. Regular use breaks the cycle by keeping the ear canal clear, gently and without physical intervention.

×

Cotton bud use

Pushes wax deeper. Irritates the canal. Itch returns.

×

No treatment

Wax accumulates. Itch persists or worsens over time.

ClearliQ Earwax Spray

Gently targets the earwax cause of itch. Daily routine that works.

Why routine earcare matters

Daily device users

Earwax accumulation increases with daily in-ear device use. Routine care prevents compaction.

Recurring wax sufferers

Some people naturally produce more earwax. Regular spray use keeps it manageable between flare-ups.

Persistent itch sufferers

Itch linked to wax needs the wax addressed, not just the itch suppressed.

Swimmers

Keeping ear canals clear reduces the chance of water becoming trapped behind accumulated wax.

Simple daily routine

01

Step 01

Tilt your head

Tilt so the ear to be treated faces upward. This allows the formula to reach the ear canal effectively.

02

Step 02

Apply the spray

Insert the nozzle gently and apply the recommended number of sprays as directed on the packaging.

03

Step 03

Let it work

Keep tilted briefly. Allow any excess to drain naturally. Can be used daily as a routine maintenance step.

Who Earwax Spray is built for

AirPod & hearing aid users

For those whose daily device use drives earwax build-up. Earwax Spray is the routine that keeps ahead of it.

Cotton bud replacers

Looking for an effective routine without the risks of cotton buds. Same comfort, without pushing wax deeper.

Ear itch sufferers

Those dealing with persistent itch where the cause is earwax, not dry skin. A targeted routine for real relief.

Swimmers

Keeping canals clear reduces the chance of water discomfort after swimming. Spray as a seasonal routine.

Instructions for use

Directions for use

  1. 1Ensure hands are clean. Twist the nozzle horizontally. Before using the bottle for the first time, prime the pump by pressing it 3–4 times to remove any air.
  2. 2Warm the formula by holding the bottle in your hands for a few minutes to bring it to body temperature. Shake gently before use.
  3. 3Tilt your head to one side. Apply the nozzle tip near the entrance of the ear canal. Apply 2–3 sprays on the earwax in the affected ear.
  4. 4Remain in the same position for a few minutes to allow the liquid to penetrate the earwax. Gently massage the base of the ear. Pull the earlobe gently to the side to help the formula reach further.
  5. 5Sit up after a few minutes and wipe away any excess liquid and softened earwax with a clean tissue. Do not insert any objects into the ear canal.
  6. 6After use, clean the spray head with warm water and dry with a lint-free cloth.

Dosage

Apply 2–3 sprays per ear, twice a day, for a maximum of 6 consecutive days, unless otherwise advised by a doctor or specialist.

Questions about Earwax Spray

Can earwax removal spray be used for daily maintenance?

Yes. ClearliQ Earwax Spray is designed specifically for regular use as a routine wax removal and maintenance product. It keeps the ear canal clear before earwax has a chance to accumulate into a plug. Frequency depends on individual wax production and lifestyle. Follow the directions on the packaging.

Can I use earwax spray instead of cotton buds for wax removal?

Yes, replacing the cotton bud habit is one of its primary purposes. A few sprays provide the routine ear comfort people reach for cotton buds for, without the risks of physical insertion or pushing wax deeper into the canal.

My ear feels completely blocked. Is earwax spray enough for removal?

For a fully blocked ear or impacted earwax plug, more intensive wax removal is needed. The ClearliQ ear wax removal kit (Drops & Syringe) is designed as a complete blocked-ear treatment. Earwax Spray is best suited to routine maintenance and preventing build-up before it reaches that stage.

Can hearing aid and AirPod users use this for wax removal?

Yes. Daily device users are one of the core audiences for Earwax Spray. In-ear device use accelerates earwax build-up, and the spray supports routine canal hygiene to stay ahead of accumulation.

My ears are dry and flaky. Will earwax spray help?

Dry, flaky ear skin is a different condition to earwax-related itch. It is a skin-barrier issue, not a wax removal issue. ClearliQ Dry & Flaky Ear Spray is specifically formulated for dry, eczema-prone ear skin and is the appropriate product for that condition.
